Verizon 3.0 Motion
In 2021 Verizon underwent a branding refresh featuring an updated Verizon checkmark, a new red colorway, and a number of design system updates. Above all this also gave us the opportunity to revamp the way in which we approach animated typography whilst staying true to the brand’s roots in Swiss design.
Typography trends in 2021 were largely dominated by 3D rendered typography, so for 2021 and beyond we wanted to explore how 3D tools and techniques could be used to push flat-shaded typography in new and exciting ways.
